Who do I contact for a refund?

If both the seller and buyer agree with the cancellation, the seller will follow these steps:

Cancellations from your dashboard:

  • Login to your SPIKE dashboard
  • Go to "Order History"
  • Find the Order ID and click "Cancel"*
  • Confirm the cancellation (pop-up screen) 
  • When the cancellation is completed, an email will be sent to the buyer. 

Cancellations when using API:
(API is only available to users in Japan)

  • Login to your SPIKE dashboard
  • Open the "Develop Dashboard" from the dashboard switch link at the top of the screen
  • Click on "API Order History" from the menu bar on the left
  • Choose the month of the transaction from the pull down menu
  • Make sure that the upper SANDBOX/LIVE switch is set to LIVE
  • Select the Order ID and open the details screen
  • Click on the Cancel button
  • Confirm the cancellation (pop-up screen) 
  • For API, a cancellation email will not be sent. 

*You can cancel transactions from your user dashboard up to 14 days from the date of purchase. For purchases after, please contact the SPIKE support team
