I want to make a refund. How do I cancel a purchase?

You have to communicate with your seller first and let her/him know you want to cancel the order. If your seller agrees, he/she will cancel the transaction from the dashboard. 

If the seller disagrees with the cancellation, please contact us. We may ask a couple of questions to help us clearly understand the situation.
